These sessions offer a fun and inclusive opportunity for participants of all abilities to try athletics-style activities in a relaxed, supportive environment. Designed for beginners, the focus is on having a go, building confidence, and enjoying movement.
Sessions run on Wednesdays from 4:00–5:00pm, from 11 March to 1 April, at Surrey Park Athletics Track. Participants will take part in simple activities such as running, jumping, and throwing, with all activities adapted to suit individual needs. Friendly facilitators provide guidance and encouragement, ensuring everyone can take part at their own pace.
